POST SURGERY HEALTH CARE

Do not scratch, bump or press on the new surgical area as it may cause bleeding or hematoma.

Change the bandage within 24 hours of surgery and rest completely for 1 day after surgery.

Uses ice compress for the first 2 days after surgery to help reduce swelling. Cover with a clean face towel to avoid ice burns the skin.

From day 4 onwards, uses warm compresses to reduce swelling and bruising.

Depending on the physical characteristics of each person, about 1 week after surgery will stop swelling. The degree of swelling in each eye can be different and cause the eyes to look unbalanced. However, this phenomenon will gradually disappear.
